This policy explains how BrightHive Marketing OÜ ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We are the data controller for that data.
What we collect
- Details you send through the contact form: your name, company, business email, areas of interest, message and, if you choose to share it, your budget range.
- Emails you send to our addresses and our replies.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider records to keep the site secure, such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse of the contact form. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact unless we start working together, in which case we keep records as long as the law requires. Security logs are kept for a short period only.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers for website hosting and email delivery. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, we rely on safeguards approved under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email operations@brighthivemarketing.io. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the authority in your country.
